HELP!! cant recive OTA's

Hello...
i have samsung galaxy note 4 (n910f) unlocked device
and i cant recive OTA's:(. the device isn't rooted
the device on the stock 5.0.1 rom that came with it from the store
where i bought it.
if i changed the CSC to another country does that matters?
