Device Memory issue..

I was backing up my original rom in CWM in galaxy grand and after some time it gives error. Then i restarted my phone. And check my system storage got full. I checked any miscellaneous file in my phone memory but there was nothing. so please help me out. And also tell me how to make backup of current rom using CWM
