Bootloaders & recoverys (not click bait)

This is not a click bait post I'm just wondering when literally everyone except h815 is going to be able to add recovery and unlock their bootloaders. We are able to do alot with what we have but I feel having those things increases the safety meter.
Any answer is appreciated.
