charging problem with xperia V Lt25i

My Xperia V android phone dosen't recognize it's stock charger unless the phone is turned off . It's got a 4.3JB rooted stock ROM.i'm sure there is no problem with my hardware though.the problem has not been solved even with a factory reset,but when i change the ROM it works properly.

But i want it to work properly with it's 4.3JB rooted stock ROM.what should i do now?
