Galaxy I9100 stuck at factoryfs.img

Hello xda community, i tried to flash on a galaxy S2 I9100 a 4.1.2 official ROM and it blocks at factoryfs.img. I can acces only the download mode, the pc recognise phone and i can start a new flash but with same result. The recovery mode is inaccesible :(

I search on the internet but no concludent results anymore, i can't put them head to head to finish the work.
Any advices or tutorials?
