GT-N8000 Wifi problem when changing region

I just rooted my GT-N8000 and Flashed Gnabo v8.
Everything is working fine except the WIFI
When I keep the default language of Install that is DEUTSCH (Deutschland) on OFFLINE mode - Flight Mode -
my Wifi works excellently but as I put it on my mobile network or start the GPS or change the language to English it stops working.
But as soon as I change the language to default Deutsch, switch OFF the GPS, put ON Flight mode, it starts to work fine.

My region is INU.

My Adriod version is KitKat 4.4.2
Bootloader : N8000XXUDNE6
Radio : N8000DDUCMA2

I had used Philz touch 6.48.4 for n8000
Bootloader BL_ND5
SuperSU.

My original Version was KitKat 4.4.2
Bootloader : N8000XXUDNE6
Radio : N8000ODDDNE4

I think the main problem is with the wpa_supplicant in /system/bin.
