I cannot help seeing this security icon red everytime!

Even though I rooted my phone, froze the "SecurityLogAgent" via TitaniumBackup and don't get this silly notification of "unauthorized actions have been detected" , the device security icon stills turns red some minutes after reboot and just says to restart my device again. When I press restart , it don't restart normal but it directs me to the recovery mode (I want to mention here that everytime I reboot my phone , I get these "RECOVERY IS NOT SEANDROID ENFORCING" red letters at upper left of the screen, is this due to rooting?) with these gray options-buttons. I just select to boot my phone via reboot -> system, and the icon is blue again , but after a while it turns red again ( I see it from the smart manager widget) .

And my question is , how to make the device security not turning red? Everytime I want to clear some RAM with the smart manager widget, I see it red and it drives me nuts. Yes , I understand that rooting the phone maybe considered us unatuhorised system change but I don't want to be considered like a threat , thus turning the shield red.

Do I need to disable-freeze a special app via TitaniumBackup in order Device Security stop scanning for "unathorized system changes"?

Thank you in advance!
