Mate 7 boost with swap file, useful or useless ?

Hello everybody,
I think that multitasking with mate 7 could be annoying sometimes and i Wonder if swap file can help. I know that it's recommended for low end devices, but can it be helpful for our dear device ?
Did one of you tried ?
