Need Replacement part for WIFI &Bluetooth module BroadCom BCM4329/30 and install

Hi,

I have Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 version GT-N5110 WIFI model. It's wifi and bluetooth hardware is not working and will need replacement. Any pointers to where to get it and how to install it once I have the replacement part obtained?

I figured out GT-N5110 uses Broadcom BCM4329/30 but not sure where to get it and how to replace it once I have it.
