Note 3 memory inaccessible

Hi guys. my note 3 has ended up with a problem that i could not access any data on the phone. i have tried to access my photos through a default file manager my album say there are no photos in it. But what i saw is that every folder takes 0 bytes of memory like pictures videos downloads etc. But only others folders takes all of the memory of phone. I tried to transfer my data by connecting my phone with pc. But i can see some space is taken. but when i open it, it says the folder is empty. i could not even connect to wifi, could not use any apps, could not open play store etc. I am attaching all the picture of what i think are important to know. i would really appreciate your help if some one could help me out. thanks
