[Q]Android small application help

Im trying to make an application for my business. I currently have reports that i do wanted to start to get them done through my tablet rather than on paper. I have a full report template but was wondering how i would do this through let's say an android tablet. I usually circle things on the report that apply to the business i'm inspection and write small notes. I also wanted to be able to add pictures with let's say a foot note and then have them at the back of the report.
