S Planner appointment details won't stay on screen

Just recently I've found a problem where appointments entered into S Planner seem to work normally, except that when I tap on an appointment to see the details I get the popup window with the details but it only stays on screen for around a second before disappearing.

I don't know what other info to include and would really appreciate any suggestions that might point me in the right direction.
