S6 edge new owner,

so i just upgraded from my LG G2 to the galaxy s6 edge, and i hate it so far..is there any fix for the ram usage being so high? every where i have looked said try this and that and so far nothing has worked, the phone locks up atleast two times a day, and a few times the screen wont even come on i have to hard reset it,

Are there any fixes for these issues? and when is AT&T getting 5.1.1 and will that version have any fixes aswell? ive searched and not found the info i need,
