safestrap dose not come in droid razr m it gose out of the screen

I Cant unlock bootloader of my razr m XT907 since the kernal updated in july 29 2014 so i tried to install bootstrap to flash roms first i installed version 3.12 didnt work its just boots up normal that robot dont show up after that i installed version 3.75 the latest one i rebooted from the app it booted into safestrap but didnt came in screen it goes out of the screen please help me:(
