Stuck in recovery following failed OTA .zip

Hi, I tried to update my SW3 with an OTA zip and the update failed somehow.

No my watch boots up then goes into recovery mode.

My pc now doesn't recognise the watch (adv devices gives nothing) so I can't try to sideload an earlier version of the software.

Any advice would be appreciated
