Sorry if this is dumb/answered ? but their is so much noise about jailbreak/rooting fire tv hardware I can't seem to find if their is a way to load a fire tv rom onto a generic box? I'd like to take a generic quad core ish box and spoof it into a easy to use 0 fire tv box, I planning on giving this away to my aunt and for ok, but at 0 not so much.. I thinking I'm gonna end up with getting the ftv stick, unless their are free range fire roms I'm unaware of??
