UK410 LG G Pad 7 support?

I notice a number of posts both here and on the G Pad 10 forum that refer to the 7" G Pad since it doesn't have its own forum. I just got a UK 410 model of the 7" G Pad. Are the three of these tablets fundamentally the same except for screen size? Do the tips, ROMs, utilities, etc all work on each model? I know there are differences in basebands, etc. based on carrier but I won't be using mobile data, so that may not be important.
