What ROM has both Slim Recents and a fully customizable navigation bar?

Was thinking or giving my G3 some attention again and giving my G4 a break. I'm currently using AICP which is great and it has Slim Recents, but I'm so used to having a fourth button on my nav bar with my G4 to pull down my notifications shade that I'd also like to have it on a custom ROM. And it makes it easier when switching between phones since I instinctively aim for where I'm used to pressing those keys that it's awkward when I only using a three key setup.

I think I remember reading that Candy has a fully customizable navigation bar? But does it have an option for Slim Recents?
