Help creating flashable TWRP modem and bootloader 920I

Guys, i need help creating the flashable TWRP zips with the modem and the bootloader from the latest COGA firmware.

Hello I own the 920i variant and I am looking into either a ROM or some other tweak to get VoLTE working. I do not believe it's a hardware limitation so I'm optimistic.
