lg g3 with lolipop south africa

to test used 3845#*855# pressed device test instead of elt now it has blue and red led blinking,taken battery out waited then pressed power on and lg logo but then goes to blinking again using standard lg lollipop need help lg g3 d855 thanks heeeelp

KitKat for Note 10.1 in South Africa

Hi evryone...I have a Galaxy Note 10.1 Gt-N8020 LTE and it seems there is no KitKat update for us in South Africa, how else can I do it?
