Which android Mod, takes minimal Ram on the system itself?

Welcome as in the title, which android Mod, whether or Paranoid android CyaogenMod takes minimal Ram on the system itself?
I have a tablet Modecom FreeTAB HD 9701 X1, which has only 1 GB of Ram.

Please help Mod android who want to install to a stable, where more efficient than the current android 4.0.4 icecream to operate a network of wifi etc ... Please kindly help :)

[BOOT LOGO] Minimal Stock and Modded

Inspired by the new Material Boot Logo of Motorola

I am newbie in making logos... These are my first ones. They are for people who like to remain as much close to stock as possible but still like that custom look.

I have made logos for the 4 major ROMS namely Cyanogenmod, AICP, Euphoria and Paranoid Android. All of them are flashable zips, but if any one prefers fastboot, just extract "logo.bin", and flash via fastboot using the command:

• fastboot flash logo logo.bin
