[ROM][osprey] CyanogenMod for Moto G (3rd Gen)

Alberto97 and I have been porting CyanogenMod 12.1 to the new Moto G. This ROM is already in fairly good shape, and most things are working. Flash it using TWRP. Be sure to make a backup beforehand. We are not responsible for any damage to your device.

Many thanks should go to scritch007 who developed the CyanogenMod port for the 2015 Moto E LTE (surnia). The device tree is built off his surnia port.
