Snapchat & Instagram front facing camera not focusing??

Hey XDA,

I recently switched from a Note 3 to an LG G4. However, some things have been bugging me, including the fact that in Snapchat and Instagram, I am not able to focus the front facing camera. I am able to do so on the rear camera, but on the front facing, there is only autofocus. Is this just with my phone, or with everyone else's phone as well? This is really annoying me, because I cant really take pictures outside where there is a lot of light.

Air gestures via front facing camera

Hi guys my question is so simple but I don't know how to solved
galaxy note 4 doesn't have proximity sensor and I'm using that tablet in the car
and I wanna use air gestures I find nanogest api but I don't know what I have to do with it
