overheat and lag

im thinking of buying this or note 4 i have an s5 right now. does rooting debloat and fixing the thermal settings fix the lag and overheating?or is there anything else that will. im a heavy user play switch in between games alot and depend on a decent battery life and dont like lag.

Camera overheat problem

Hi all,
I bought xperia T3 d5103 few weaks ago and when i use camera, both front and rear, app for camera turns off because of overheating in 15-20 seconds.
Is there any fix for this?

Overheat when use Stock Camera App

Sorry if I repeated a thread but I didn't find one with a similar problem.

I have a Moto G 2014 with Lollipop 5.0.2 and the problem is when I use the Stock Camera App the Moto G after a while It's overheat much that I need to shutdown and wait a while until It cools but If I use another app like Camera Z It doesn't happen, Somebody has the same problem?, I did a full wipe, wipe cache, uninstall Stock Camera updates and the problem persist.

Extra Data:
Stock Rom 5.0.2 (but It happen also on KitKat 4.4.4)
Bootloader Lock
No Root.
