Returning to Stock

Hi guys, I want to recover my ZenFone 2 to stock to remove TWRP to do the OTA, but idk how to do it at all. I am complete noob, never before done this things. Someone can pls help me 100% step by step ty.

Guidance on restoring S5 to "clean" for returning to VZW

I rooted my S5 last Spring. I forget the name of the root. It was where you downgraded to KK NK2, did the root and then loaded a Lollipop (OA8 I think). I believe this left Knox intact. Which is good because I have a Verizon Edge plan and I'm about to dump this POS for a Note 5.

Can anyone give me guidance on how to restore this phone to a state that VZW would accept? I assume they wouldn't like it the way it is if they looked. I've got the unlocked padlock at boot. Will a factory reset do it for me? Or do I need to find a clean RIM like NK2 or OA8 and reflash it? I currently have OC4 loaded. I have a pending OTA upgrade but my phone refuses to take it for some reason. Perhaps it's the root?

Problems after returning stock

So I have a Verizon lg g4 and I did recently rooted my phone and decided to go back stock. Upon doing that my phone no longer boots normally, like if I just try to turn it on the screen stays dark and doesn't boot up but if I pull the battery and hold the power button for a few seconds and then wait 10 minutes and put the battery back in it has a better chance of booting back up. Also when it does decide to boot up I have absolutely no sound except for when I make calls or use a Bluetooth speaker. Any ideas or suggestions? Either way Im getting a replacement Wednesday
