Samsung galaxy s4 not working to read on dfs tool or cdma workshop

Hello, my Samsung galaxy s4 connects to Dfs tool and Cdma workshop but i cant read anything of it. and i can not send the spc. does anyone else have the same problem and found a solution? its the Galaxy s4 android version is 4.4.2
