Apps and Services broken by Fire OS 5

So far:

1. Firestarter

Currently fails to start the home-button observer mechanism (but disabling ADB may help):

2. Llama

Will no longer convert apps to Kodi launchers. Can still launch Kodi at boot:

3. BBC iViewer, News

iViewer launches a web page, which doesn't work. News is incompatible.

4. ADB

Several reports that ADB is flaky. My observation is that ADBFire 1.29 is problematic as 1.28 seems to work fine.

5. Audio passthrough via Optical Out
