Canvas A1 Not Upgrading

I have a canvas A1. I rooted it via kingroot and uninstalled system apps such as movies,books et-cectra. Now micromax launched an OTA which when I try to intall it says unexpected content in system\apps\books (status 7) and there is some error with E: error @recovery"something-something"\block.map Now can someone tell me what should I do as I am not able to upgrade. I have tried putting system apps back to their places but it doesn't seems to work.
