Chinese recovery mode

Hi, i just bought used note 4 (910u) phone and want to install costom rom, probelm is that its has chinese recovery and i want to change to trwp recovery. I tried to install it through twrp manager app and mobileuncle tools app but but this not work. When i go to recovery mode there is old one which is in chinese. I wont to try instal it through odin but another problem appiered i cant get in download mode. When i press power - and home its goes to recovery mode.

Can someone know how to install new recovery mode?
