[HELP] Can't go to S/W mode

My model is P768, I've been unbrick another P768 before and everything just fine, but this one really a big deal to me, I can do fastboot follow this post http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2585161 :
fastboot flash u-boot 2u-ice.img
fastboot flash boot 3boot-ice.img
fastboot flash recovery 4recovery-ice.img
Every command is OK, but after that i can't go to S/W mode, try hold Vol+ then plug USB cable many times, all i got is the OMAP driver just keep repeat connect - disconnect.
