My Motorola Droid Razr Does not switch on please help

Hello,
To update my phone motorola droid razr xt912 i installed safestrap as shown in the videos. When i am trying to switch on "Starting the system in 10 seconds" message was diplaying. I can not able to switch on my mobile. By using recovery option, i am done with wipe factory reset and wipe cache partition. After that also the message was diplaying. Pleasse help urgent
