Nexus 6 won't charge or turn on

Hello everybody.

I've had my Nexus flashed with Chroma Rom for about now 4 Months without any problems. Last week I was in China and after 1 day, I've noticed that my Album with my taken pictures was gone. So I've tried to reboot the phone, to see if it comes back. Unfortunately it was stuck in a boot loop. I've let it for about 10 minutes to boot, but it didn't. Then I've turned it off manually and turned it on again. And as expected, it was stuck in boot loop again. After another 10 minutes I've turned it off and then I couldn't turn it on anymore. I tought it ran out of battery so I've let it charge for 2 or 3 hours, but I've noticed that the charge icon would not appear. I've used different USB cables and charging devices. When I connected it to the PC, I've noticed a sound from windows (the one you hear when you plug in a hardware) and in the device manager it was listed as qhusb_bulk with a yellow triangle. Also I've noticed, that after a short charging time, a red LED will flash for half a second (it's located on the left side of the top speaker), when I press Vol down + Vol up + Turn on button.

I've managed to find this thread: [FIX] fix hard brick / qhsub_bulk after bad flash / cm12 flash from 5.1
And I followed every step in it, and when I try to flash it with the *.bat file, it will say

I don't know if my folder is setup right, can you please take a look at the screenshot and tell me if i did something wrong?


when I try to use fastboot, it will be stuck in "waiting for device" mode.

I think I've tried now everything with the available information . Do you guys maybe have an idea what to do with this situation?
Also when I send it to RMA, won't they make trouble because it was not stock?
