ADB won't stay enabled

Hey guys,
First off: I searched. Nothing on this specific issue.

My issue: I try to enable ADB on my OPO, it works for a few seconds (maybe 4s), then it gets automatically disabled. The notification shows up for about 4s and then disappears, when I go back to the developer menu its disabled.

My OPO: 64GB, 12.0-YNG1TAS2I3, Unlocked, Rooted.

If anyone needs any more info I'll gladly provide it.

Touch won't work after Flashing 4.4 via Lg Tools

I cant get my touch to work after flashing to 4.4, but when i downgrade to 4.1 all of a sudden it worked, can you guys help mw with it? please.

google photos wont delete from SD card now.

Out of the blue, my google photos app wont delete from my SD card anymore. Says: Can't delete item. Photos doesn't have access to delete item on your sd card. Go to the gallery app to continue deleting.

I am on Alliance V8 for a while now. No updates or patches installed between when it worked and when it didn't. My guess is that its the app but is there a way around this?

GS6 Edge - New WiFi problems - Wont connect to work WiFi anymore

Ive had my GS6 Edge for a few months now and never had WiFi connection problems at work.

My family and I recently went on a 17 day road trip, staying at hotels along the way. Of course we wanted to use the WiFi where we stayed, and also at misc. restaurants along the way too.

Now that Im back at work, for some reason my phone wont connect to any of the secure wifi networks at my job. I use the same credentials as I did before, but all I get is "Authentication Error" when it wont connect. The IT guys say nothing has changed with the settings. I even had one of the IT guys try to fix it on my phone with no success. I have no problem connecting to my secure network at home however.

I downloaded WiFi Manager and "forgot" any old networks that I dont use anymore. Ive even tried clearing the cache in recovery. Im not rooted either.

Anyone else have similar problems, or know how to fix this?:mad:

OnePlus won´t start. How to repair hardware?

Hello guys,

my oneplus one decided from one minute to the other to die.
In one moment i took a picture and in the next moment the display kept black and nothing happens.
No LED, no vibration or any other reaction.

Now the OnePlus one Customer Service made a Remote-Session and checked if the Device is bricked. And they couldn´t find the problem so they said we will open a RMA.

I´m a bit afraid that i will send my phone to them and they will tell me that there was a water-damage or something else and they decline my warranty and i have to pay the 2 way shippment. Even though i whatched better for the phone then for my life ^^

Are there ways for people like me to find out what is wrong and the change the defect hardware?
I would rather invest 56$ in a chip and change it by my self than pay the shipment and still have a broken phone.

Moto X 2013 (xt1058) wont boot

I've had CM12/12.1 installed on my motoX 2013 for a few months now and have had no problems. Last night when i tried to type in my password my phone would just freeze. I restarted it and eventually i got in and went to disable the password. On the way there it crashed again and now when ever i try to start my phone it just gets stuck at the warning bootloader unlocked screen. I can get into fastboot and when i go to my recovery it just gets stuck on the teamwin screen. This happened without me changing anything, no update or anything

HTC One (Rooted) Wont system Update (keeps asking to update after the update)

Hello,

So I been receiving a message on my HTC One M8 for a week now that there is a new Firmware update available (System Software update 4.20.631.3) and it downloads fine... I select Install... the phone reboots I see the installation process going on... then the phone comes back into the main menu like normal....... and it ask again that there is a new update if I want to install it (the same update)... every time I keep reinstalling the update, after the installation It'll ask to install it again. If I cancel the update... it'll ask me again later which is really starting to piss me off.

Phone: HTC One M8 (Rooted)
Android Version: 5.0.1
HTC Sense Version: 6.0
Software number: 4.20.631.2

USB otg won't work?

I have a 32 gb lte nexus 9. I Tried using three different USB otg devices including a flash drive from Sandisk that plugs in directly, a flash drive plugged in via a USB otg cable and a ps3 controller plugged in using the same cable (I have the sixaxis app). No one of them work. ES file explorer wouldn't detect any storage, neither does the 'storage' menu in settings give any mount option. And sixaxis doesn't detect the PS,3 controller. Any suggestions?

LG Tribute wont boot

I have an LG Tribute and it wont boot up. I am new to Android smartphone OS. Can I upload a new OS? How do I do that. I have a video of what the phone is doing. I am also new to the forums and I hope this is where I ask this question. Thanks

Lenovo Yoga 10 HD+ won't boot after flash

After trying to update my Lenovo Yoga 10 HD+ (B8080-F) with a rom from MIUI, the tablet won't boot anymore. It won't even power on. Is there a way to flash it with the stock ROM? If so, would somebody be kind enough to provide a guide with links to the programs that I would need? I know that with Samsung devices you can use Odin to flash stock roms. Is there an equivalent tool for Lenovo tablets?

Galaxy E7 won't get lollipop?

I read an article that E7 won't get the update.

Apparently it was tweeted by Samsung UK. So don't know about other regions. :(

My phone won't turn on, charging icon loop

My phone won't turn on and when i connect it to the charger sometimes it shows the charging icon and then goes into a loop, and sometimes it shows the charging icon one time only and then it dies.

Also if i try to boot into download mode, it works but it stays for like 10 seconds and then reboots, so i guess maybe the power button is faulty and always pressed?

What do you think?

Bootanimation wont load

I am new to XDA forums and also new to customizing my own Theme.
Following few tutorials and possible fixes, I did not manage to get my S4 i9505 to load my bootanimation that I created.

MY PHONE:

• 4.4.4 (Android version)

The above is my content inside BOOTANIMATION ZIP. Compressed with WinRAR using "STORE" as compress mode. PNGs developed with Adobe Photoshop. DESC was written in NOTEPAD.

2. Copied the .ZIP into my sdcard folder form Computer.
3. Opened File Manager with escalated Root Priviliges.
4. Selected my bootanimation.zip and copied it inside system/media/ .. overwritting previous bootanimation.zip
4.1 After some suggestions on web, I also copied one copy to root/data/local

When I reboot my phone, the CyanogenMod boot is no longer, but neither does it load my bootanimation.
It just loads some standard "android" animation.

Can anybody please help me?

Phone wont boot after trying to get back to stock

Hi there,

obviously I did something wrong, cause now my phone wont boot up. It is stuck on the HTC logo, and stays there for hours after hours. I can get into download mode etc, tried factory reset, but to no avail.
My phone is S-Off, but it is not recognized by adb anymore, so I cant get it to install TWRP.
My OS is 1.40.161.8 and my CID is VODAPE17

Any help would be appreciated.

LG Leon won't update to 5.1.1 on Metro PCS

Hi guys, so I recently got an LG Leon to replace my L70 and have been liking it so far except for one major thing, I can't update from 5.0.2 to 5.1.1. When I do try to update, it will reboot and all that and begin installing, but then the little android dude will fall over and have just the text "error" at the bottom of the screen and then force me to pull the battery to turn the phone off.

Anyone know how to fix this?

G Pro wont boot after changing font

Hi all. I am using BP 3.9 + WK#4, I recently installed a font from @xdagee, the choco cooky font. Problem is after selecting it as font, I rebooted my device, and now I am stuck at bootanimation. Anyone have a solution? Any help would be great. Especially from @xdagee. Thanks all.

N7105 wifi and bluetooth wont turn on

Hey guys, i just pulled my old Note 2 LTE (N7105) after almost 2 years of sitting in the drawer. After starting it up, i found a software update available, which i did. Now, being upgraded to 4.4.2, my wifi and bluetooth won't stay on. After clicking it, the slider move to the right, stays grayed out for 3-4-5 seconds and switches back to "off" position. It does this for both wifi and bluetooth.

I tried basically all alternate methods i found on google > "gentle tap on the back", removing battery, removing SD card, blowing air into the audio jack, removing screws, *#0011# and switch of power saver.... nothing worked.

I have little experience with these kind of stuff so after all the alternate methods, i tried flashing it back to stock 4.3 and even 4.1.1 but the results were the same. Now it's back to stock 4.4.2 with root. After some research i found a wifi fix patch (Dr Ketan’s Wifi Patch) but it's only for N7100. Will this work on N7105 too ? I am afraid to try before receiving an answer. Also, will flashing a custom rom solve the issue ? If so, which one ?

I downloaded the files, opened and ran odin, that went well, I copied the SuperSU file to the root of my tablet storage and powered off. Unplugged the USB and booted into recovery using power and volume up. But his screen looks custom, while mine looks like the default screen with a big "No command" message, with options like reboot system now, apply update from ADB/external storage, etc. How do I get the custom display to show up like his does at 9:19 in the video. Thats where Im stuck at right now :(
