Updating TWRP. Please help.

Is there any way I could update TWRP to the latest version using only the bootloader or adb and fastboot?
My phone doesn't have any software installed.

Is installing another recovery, then installing the latest version of twrp a good option? I was wondering if I could do that instead. :confused:
