HELP!! LG Urbane Stuck on The LG screen

All,

For some reason i've decided trying to force the latest OTA but ended turning my watch as a paper please help.
I am able to get to the bootloader and install TWRP but not sure what files i need to bring the watch back to live.

I am sure many will have some grieve for my stupidity but i am stuck.

LG Urbane Desktop Stand from Shapeways

I just got my LG Urbane Desktop Stand in from Shapeways (in "black strong & flexible): http://www.shapeways.com/product/T24...-desktop-stand

It's pretty much the Urbane version of this 3d-printed stand: http://forum.xda-developers.com/g-wa...stand-t2959379

The charging cradle does not pressure fit into the stand, but with the USB plugged in, it's not really going anywhere. I'm pretty pleased with it.
