LED notification settings, firstly the frequency

Hi guys, is it possible to set up the LED notification light? It is blinking way too slowly when receiving new mail on gmail, when missed calls and sms. There is at least about 15 seconds between two flashes. I don't want to use apps for that.
Is it possible? With root maybe?

Strange problem with CPU frequency

In a last few days I experiencing strange problem with my phone CPU.
After each reboot my maximum CPU frequency setups randomly from max of 1190 to 1094 or 998 Mhz.
When I'm trying to set it up to 1190 manually it drops again and again instantly in CM performance settings.
I think this is occured after CPU Adjuster use. I've tried to reflash my ROM & delete CPU Adjuster but it didn't helps. Setting correct maximum frequency value in that program in "default profile" was helpful during some time and hold freq. on 1190 but today I've noticed that It's now setups it on 1094 or even 998 Mhz too.
Can anyone tell me how can I fix this issue?

Hello friends I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 900a at&t which does not grab me lte neither H, only E

my operator has the following configuration:

GSM/GPRS/EDGE 900/1800Mhz, 3G/HSPA+ 900Mhz y 4G/LTE 1800Mhz

as I can do to have 4g?
I can turn my phone on 900h?
