N7100 Stuck at Note II Splash Screen Case

Hi XDA ppl, I'm desperate enough with my SGN2 so I decided to make a thread here.
It all begin with my apps (some of them are BBM, Adobe Air, Livescore) crashed and suddenly disappear.
Tried to reinstall, Play Store said an error code (I forgot) and google it. Turns out I need to root my phone and delete /data/com.bbm and another folders to reinstall BBM and another disappeared apps.
Rooted, open ES File Explorer with root permission, and unfortunately I can't delete those folders but somehow I still can rename it, then reinstall BBM.
A few days later, my phone randomly restart and when I noticed, it takes longer boot time everytime it randomly restart (I have startup manager installed and it reports startup/boot time).
At last, my phone randomly restart, again, while charging. Can't get past Samsung Galaxy Note II splash screen, but I can get it into recovery mode and odin mode (download mode).

Here's the condition:
  • Stuck at Samsung Galaxy Note II splash screen

  • ABLE to enter ODIN mode

  • ABLE to enter recovery mode (PhilZ 6.48.4 with CWM 6.0.5.0)

  • Detected by ODIN3 v3.09

Code:

PhilZ showing:
E: could not mount /data to setup /data/media path!
E: Can't mount /cache/recovery/command
E: Can't mount /cache/recovery/log
E: Can't open /cache/recovery/log
E: Can't mount /cache/recovery/last_log
E: Can't open /cache/recovery/last_log
E: Can't mount /cache/recovery/last_install
E: Can't open /cache/recovery/last_install

Tried to flash with odin, ended up with NAND Write Start, FAIL! and sometimes at my phone screen (at download mode screen) show error report like "magic string" or something.
PIT Re-partition >> Failed (odin never said "No PIT Partition")
Format /cache >> E: format_volume: make_extf4fs failed on /dev/block/mmcblk0p12
Can't mount /system /cache /preload /data and even /sdcard (internal storage), but it can read my external storage. I can even see my microSD contain using PhilZ' mount USB storage feature.
Essentially, everything that I tried ended up with mounting problem, sdcard problem, can't find specific path, and etc.
And I suspect that I have emmc insane/SDS on my phone.

Any solution for my phone? Any helps appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Stuck on Google splash screen after flash of rom.

After about a month of my phone rebooting itself or freezing up on me, I decided to flash a new rom. I made sure I had the most recent TWRP v2.8.7.1, wiped my cache and did a factory wipe. I attempted to flash BlissPop v3.9 and it failed stating, "This package supports booloader (s): HHZ12h; this device has bootloader HHZ11d.

It rebooted and now just sits on the Google splash screen. I can turn it off and manually get into the bootloader screen and TWRP.

How will I be able to download another rom from my computer and put it onto my phone? Please be nice, I really suck at adb. I can I access my phones memory while its in Recovery mode?

And no, I was a dumbass and forgot to back up before I attempted to flash the rom.

Tablet stuck on splash screen

I have an unlocked bootloader and was trying to flash a custom ROM. While the ROM did work, I decided I wanted to go back to stock so that I could use the controller, and after flashing the system.img USB debugging was disabled and it was stuck in bootloop. I have TWRP recovery installed, if that helps.

Stuck at TWRP splash screen flashing every 4-5 seconds

Hey guys.
I'm really mad at myself right now because I think made the worst mistake of my years of owning a kindle fire device. So here's the lowdown.

I have a Kindle Fire HD 8.9" with CM 12 on it with TWRP 2.7.0.0
In CM 12, I hit "Reset Tablet" in the settings app. It reboot and booted to TWRP. The slash screen then started to flash over and over again every 4-5 seconds. Now this is the part where I'm not sure about something. Was this caused by me initiating a factory reset from CM 12 or is it because my installation of TWRP is corrupt?
I haven't tried to reflash TWRP through fastboot yet, since I don't have access to my computer right now. Is there a way I can fix this without needing to use my computer? Any help is appreciated!

Thanks,

Nick

Hung on white/pink Tmobile splash screen! What to do?

How can I figure out what is holding up this thing from booting? It's recently encrypted but I have yet to successfully boot.

I have TWRP and Link2sd. Could these be causing problems?

splash screens?

Does the S5 support custom splash screens?

Ive ran a myriad of ROMs on the S5 and never seen it change. The S3 didnt either (as fas as i can remember)

The Evo and Incredible did, I know theyre HTCs and that might be the key, hardware differences that is.

skull and crossbones andy splash screen

Hey guys! Long time. I have been using an S5 for a little bit, now. Needless to say, it's a little faster than my Exhibit, but I'm just getting around to rooting it. There was a skull and crossbones Andy splash screen someone posted on here a while ago. It looked awesome and I liked having something other than the T-Mobile ad on my phone, as it was booting up. Do you know if there is anything similar for the S5? If anyone wants to help me, I can even work on making one, myself. Just have no clue how to do it. I would imagine it's just changing one graphics file for another in the boot program. Thanks.

pirate andy splash screen

Hello, S5 folks! I've been using the S5 for a while, now, and really like it. I came through the Exhibit 4G and the Galaxy Light, so needless to say this phone is quite powerful. One thing I did like, though, about the other phones was that one of the devs put together a custom splash screen of a skull and crossbones andy. It was black with a faded green design and it looked really, really cool. Much better than t-mobile advertising themselves. Is there anything like that already done for the S5? A quick search for s 5 splash screens didn't yield much. Thank you very much.

Loop between splash screen and TWRP

I was having a problem with my i9152 so I thought, I will reset it back to factory and maybe get it smoothed back out. That was no fix! Now it is hung in a loop between the splash screen for Samsung and the splash screen of TWRP. I can't get to recovery mode, but I can get to download mode. Oops, I had installed 5.1 cm-12.1-20150718-UNOFFICIAL-i9152.zip on it. It was great when it was running. I didn't have any LEDs for notifications (reason for all this mess). I'm reluctant to try anything untill I can get some help with it. So, please, somebody lend a hand.
