Server (IO) error when uploading to UOT

I have been trying to upload my framework-res.apk and systemui but after some time it say server (IO) error
pls help, I'm uploading with latest firefox and I'm using proxy server and port.... What can i do cos i really want to install the UOT to my phone

Moto g xt1032 cm 12.1 not uploading videos to whatsapp

Recently I installed cm 12.1 to my moto g xt1032 and it doesn't upload videos to whatsapp, i tried reinstalling but it says there was an error
It says this

Video uploading files?(libs?)

I'm unable to upload videos to instagram, kik, or even vine for some reason.
I've been digging around google all day, and everyone says that the video uploading works for ICS and JB roms.
My question is, What files/folders would I need to take from a JB or ICS rom and put in my Villuminati rom for the videos to be able to upload. I don't wanna downgrade back to JB or ICS because I love android 4.4.4, I just don't like the fact that I can't upload videos on those apps. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
