Able to force "Network Optizimation" after recovery?

Background: I am using HK D6653 version which got VoLTE function, but after upgrade to the new version by flash pre-rooted ROM, the VoLTE function won't working anymore. Tried to factory reset by any method, also can't fix the problem. The only working method is flash by PC Companion.
I found the different is it will show "Network Optizimation" after first boot, and VoLTE will come back again after second boot.

So my question is, any ways to force to do "Network Optizimation" again? hope that I'm no need to downgrade, root and then upgrade again!!
