flashtool Loader.sin errors

Updating to 5.1.1 from 5.0.2, after flash pre-rooted zip and proceed to flash others using flash tool, loader.sin error encounter:(:(

Have tried changing cable, reinstall driver, reinstall flashtool but non work, my last suspect is windows 10.... anyone know any others fix?
