Hi | Samsung Galaxy S Plus I9001 | Help

So I have a Samsung Galaxy S Plus I9001 and I am trying to install Android 4.3 onto it.
I have backed up everything I need with Titanium backup, have rooted it etc.

On the second tutorial, I need to "Download Clockworkmod recovery for Samsung Galaxy S Plus."

The problem is, that site isn't working and I think I need that file. Does anyone have that file, can help me, or does anyone have a different way of getting Android 4.3 on my Samsung?

And could someone also tell me what Samsung ****ware I am safe to delete?
