samsung sch-i415 lost wifi and bluetooth after rooting

Uuugh. My stratosphere was regularly crashing and not working in general so a friend rooted it for me and now everything mostly works except the wifi and bluetooth. He couldn't fix it. I'm a fairly big newb and need some major help. Anyone?
