Not able 2 install the any app from apk after recent 5.1.1

After getting my phone updated few days back...around 238 mb update...there r few problems as listed
1...Parallax not working in wallpapersome
2...Not able 2 install app from backed up apk
3...Sometimes auto restart

My phone is not rooted....
Help me !!!!!
