Phone died trying to load lollipop

Good Morning. I tried to load lollipop on my phone after receiving the failed Android error every time I tried to load it with the ota update. I tried some steps off of this forum and now my phone only goes to the sony screen. I have a Z ultra gpe. The software I tried to fix it with placed spyware on my cpu. Is there anyone in the Northern Virginia, Maryland, or DC area who has experience with these phones who can either walk me through fixing it or fix this phone for me? If so please send me a PM.
