(MT7-L09) STUCK.. please help! i can use fastboot...

Hello guys..
i think i messed up a little bit.. hopefully not too much :P

I wanted to " hard reset " my mate 7 and isntall a fresh 141 rom !
On twrp i selected FACTORY RESET and just selected all options included system!
I rebooted and obvisously system doesn't start!
I can access mobile through FASTBOOT but or send it in BOOTLOADER but from there i'm stuck!
I downloaded all kind of packages... but UPDATE.APP can't be installed via fastboot???
i downloaded last EMUI... i just got all files but i don't know how to go on!

Please i need some advices! thank you

Mt7-l09 b137sp11 rom update error...

Hi every one...I have MT7-L09 device and build number is B137SP11, i try i lot of roms to upgrade B141 or Lollipop 5.1 it always failed.By the way when i used ussd codes(#*#*2846579159#*#*) i saw that Project Menu Act and i look there for Network setttings,operator and country info (cmccelectric and country name cn) changed...before country name was tr but now it changed to cn...How can i upgrade special ROMS on this situation?thanks alot...
