SM-T111 3G 8GB tab nand write failed and stuck on factory mode

HI
I have a Samsung galaxy tab 3 lite SM-T111 and the tab had a problem about /efs invalid argument.
i was tried to fixed it already by install twrp recovery and the efs is worked but after i flashed back to stock firmware THL-T111XXUANB2 after pass on odin it suddenly showed
E: /system invalid
/cache invaild argument
then switch off automatically.
Now my device is stuck on factory mode only and even i tried to firmware restore by odin it shows nand write start failed. I tried to restored with pit file also it let pit file pass but when it started to flash firmware it failed on nand write start!
it that anyway to fix it guys?? May be my pit file is wrong or something happening. So pls let me know guide way to fix it. I hope that wont be emmc chip error.
Thanks you guys.

NAND write start fail! Galaxy s6 edge ERROR please help

Today I attempted to flash CleanRom 1.5 OE2 for my galaxy s6 edge. On the cleanrom page it clearly states that your device must have the OE2 base or it will not work. As I am an idiot I overlooked this and flashed the rom on an earlier base. After this my phone gave me a message saying that my sim card (which was working before the flash) was not a verizon card and that it would not work. With some online research the fix appeared easy, unroot and restore to a stock firmware with odin. However when I attempt this I receive the following error:

<OSM> Enter CS for MD5..
<OSM> Check MD5.. Do not unplug the cable..
<OSM> Please wait..
<OSM> G920VVRU1AOE2_G920VVZW1AOE2_G920VVRU1AOE2_HOME.tar .md5 is valid.

After researching this error, and not being able to find a definitive answer, it appears that the only fix is to flash a .pit file to my device (this is after trying multiple cables, multiple usb 2.0 and 3.0 ports, and multiple computers). However, there are no tutorials on how to flash a .pit file with the latest version of odin and there are many warnings that it may brick the device more. If anyone has information on how to fix the NAND Write Start!! FAIL! error it is much appreciated or how to actually flash the .pit file with the stock firmware.

I am attempting to flash the stock OE2 firmware for the verizon Galaxy s6 edge downloaded from
http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/

I have located a verizon .pit file from this thread
http://forum.xda-developers.com/gala...nload-t3171636

Any help is much appreciated as I have no working phone at the moment. Thanks.

NAND Flash so slow

Hello, i'm comming here to find a solution for a nand flash very very slow, that's why my O2X is very slow to open app, my nand flash read at 12MB/s and write at 4MB/s, i'm on the old bootloader with OptiX 6.0 with his stock kernel, I dont format system in F2FS.
Do you have a solution to improve this?
Thanks
