S6 edge slow wireless charging from 2 days

Slow charging taking more than 2 nd half hour for wireless charging.
I am using wireless charging from 1 month everytime get fully charged within 1nd half hour, from two days getting slow charge.any one have idea about this problem?

New Note Edge user: Low App resolution

Hey guys, just got my Note Edge. I do like it for the most part.

However I have realized that some apps just don't look right. Facebook for example just looks like it was designed for a lower res screen which makes it kinda blocky and big.
I tried reducing font size but that didnt help anything.

Also my Edge came with Lollipop. I have noticed its kinda laggy (despite all the horsepower). Is this normal for the phone or is it a 5.0.1 problem. For those of you on KitKat, should I downgrade? I don't know what the Edge acts like on 4.4.4

Are there any features you lost by going from 4.4.4 to 5.0 I only know of the camera button being on the window instead of edge screen.
Also the low light camera still sucks lol. My Note 2 took better low light pics. And can you only have 4 edge panels in order for music apps to use the edge panel? When i add more panels, Power amp stops showing up.

GS6 Edge - New WiFi problems - Wont connect to work WiFi anymore

Ive had my GS6 Edge for a few months now and never had WiFi connection problems at work.

My family and I recently went on a 17 day road trip, staying at hotels along the way. Of course we wanted to use the WiFi where we stayed, and also at misc. restaurants along the way too.

Now that Im back at work, for some reason my phone wont connect to any of the secure wifi networks at my job. I use the same credentials as I did before, but all I get is "Authentication Error" when it wont connect. The IT guys say nothing has changed with the settings. I even had one of the IT guys try to fix it on my phone with no success. I have no problem connecting to my secure network at home however.

I downloaded WiFi Manager and "forgot" any old networks that I dont use anymore. Ive even tried clearing the cache in recovery. Im not rooted either.

Anyone else have similar problems, or know how to fix this?:mad:

Note edge user. Note 5 or edge+?

I now own a note edge and wanna go pick up one of these beauties but I'm torn between the two. I use my apps edge everyday on this phone but it's also not limited to 5-6 apps like the edge+, I also use many of the other edge panels on my note especially bookmarks, data usage, and calender bit the edge+ has none of these to my knowledge. But then again I've always purchased the note line of phones for the specs and screen size not so much the spen which rarely gets used no matter how many features they pack into it. I do have my concerns about two exposed edges just like I was about one on my note edge cause no matter how good the case you really can't protect it. Any insight on the two from someone else who is having a hard time deciding between the two or why you picked which one and why?

Just got my t-mobile s6e+ and wondering if there is any root for device.

S6 edge rooted or note 5 stock??

Here's my dilemma.... I have a s6 edge rooted and running a custom Rom. My friend purchased a note 5 but wants to trade straight up because he really wants root and feels the note 5 is a little too big. What would you do in this situation? Both phones are black and Verizon 64gb. I'm so torn because I know the note 5 won't see root anytime in the near future

Exchange Edge+ for Note 5?

Hey guys... I've had my gold platinum Edge+ for AT&T since Wednesday and I do like the phone. It looks stunning. But for some reason I'm considering going out today and exchanging it for the Note 5.

The Edge screen is cool but I'm already finding myself not using it a ton. I'm starting to wonder if I will get more use and value out of the S-Pen. Plus the Note 5 is cheaper.

Any opinions? Reasons why I should keep it? Any reasons why I should exchange it?

Samsung Galaxy s6 Edge Gold Tmobile 5.1.1 Root and Flash and TWRP Help

I have a tmobile galaxy s6 edge i have followed all guides step by step
i have rooted and flashed many phones
here are the facts
I have 2 windows computer
both are win 10
i have samsung drivers installed
i have odin 3.10
i have tried atrium and many other roms
i have restored to the stock bootloader kernel and recovery
I tried atriums bootloader and baseband
Everything works besides before i try to flash the atrium rom
i try to transfer the rom via usb and it just gives me a frozen error saying cant copy this file
i did manage to copy the file to the internal storage but have never sucessfully installed the rom

NOTE 5 vs GS6 edge.

Don't want to start an argument just a few things i notice, own both phones.

NOTE 5
much MUCH smoother faster touchwiz no lag/stutter (both factory reset and after same apps installed test)
does not heat up even when gaming. (not even warm)
battery life i get around 5:30-6hr SOT
Screen is about 30-40% brighter, white looks whiter ( i didn't believe until owning both device)

BOTH phone almost same spec but feel like 2 completly different phones. i hate how the edge touchwiz bug down, reload icons and widget, freeze when you are using heavy usage ram apps etc. If you guys can get a hold of the GS6 edge plus rom which is already ported to the edge, try that and see if it fix the issues.

i think the problem is touch wiz (eat so much ram)cause even my note 5 usage at the end of the day is around 87%. (and this is with package disable pro, disabling about 120 background apps which i also used on my edge)

S6 edge PLUS

I have looked but cannot find anything on the s6 edge+.
Is there a root method? Going to be a root method? Any roms?
Sort for the noobish questions. I have a DE note 4, but my wife picked me up a s6 edge plus on release day. She had read there was root so she grabbed it (because she is super wife!) but i saw that if you update to 5.1.1 you lose root, can't root. And guess what the edge plus comes with, yup 5.1.1

S6 edge camera firmware

Is Possible to get s6 edge plus camera firmware, since it has the same sensor?
Please, because we have to get at least 10 sec exposure!

Galaxy S6 Edge+ not charging with Samsung Wireless Charger

So, I picked up my Edge+ from BestBuy yesterday and along with it, I got one Samsung Wireless Charger (the old generation). I unpacked it, connected the cable to the dish shaped charger and put my phone on top of it and voila! It starts charging. But wait, withing minutes, the charging stops and the blue light of the dish charger starts blinking. Disconnected, reconnected, few minutes passed and again it starts blinking (only when phone is on top). Now, I've used all original accessories, I do not have any cases/covers put on. I can't understand why won't it charge. When I googled, I saw similar issues with blinking blue light but nobody had solution. :( :rolleyes:

Unrooting the s6 edge

So currently I have an s6 edge from Wind Mobile Canada (SM-G925W8)
5.0.2

I am rooted using ping pong root but now I want to unroot because of the new update that should be released soon (5.1.1)

I was wondering whats is the safest method of unrooting without tripping knox or having to wipe everything.

TMobile 5.0.2 Update, Issues with Edge Features?

Hi guys. I just bought my Edge off swappa for T Mobile. I have heard complains from AT&T users that the 5.0.1 Rom for them messes up the camera edge features among others. Is this true for T Mobile with their 5.0.2 update?

Or are there T Mobile based custom Roms with 5.0.2 that fix this issue if there was one.
