Fallout shelter not compatible?

[Edit] got it working on the device. Still doesn't explain why an older device is able to get the app from store..

So my Galaxy nexus is not supported google says.
Minimum SDK is 4.1 for the app.

OK, so to bad right? Well..... Then there is this..

How?
What makes the Nexus S be supported but Galaxy nexus not?(dont own the nexus S any more)
And is there any way to get it on my Gnex? I do have other devices to pull the apk form, but it gives me an error that i didnt buy the app.

Fallout shelter

So we are basically not able to get the game cuz.. Bull****.
But, there is hope. Found a link to this thread on R: https://www.reddit.com/r/idol3/comme...not_on_idol_3/
Now i'll be ripping the data from my own devices, so i got my own updates covered.

And now for the "Bull****"

Do they hate Galaxy nexus?

Need some help getting Fallout shelter on my device.

So here is the deal I own a Nook HD (I know I need to upgrade to something better) and awhile back I learned from this site how to use developer tools (using command prompt to download using the adb command) to download apps onto it that are not compatible which I have downloaded and turn out are in fact compatible examples are tiny death star, contest of champions, Injustice. and i have got these onto my device no issue, but when I try and download fallout it just won't install, here is what I did I went to apps.evozi apk-downloader generated a download link from the google play store, then I used these commands on my command prompt.
c:\users\wanda_2>adb devices
List of Devices attached
3033630018384136 Device

c:\users\wanda_2>cd desktop

c:\users\wanda_2\desktop>adb install com.bethsoft.falloutshelter.apk
3094 KB/s <20532214 bytes in 6.479s>
pkg: /data/local/tmp/com.bethsoft.falloutshelter.apk

and then it just stays there and never does anything, I have left it for an hour to 2 hours and never got the success message. any and all help would be appreciated I have been waiting for this game to come to android for awhile now, please provide some help.

Can't Install Fallout Shelter

I was pretty pumped to play this game but it shows up as incompatible with the Alcatel Onetouch Idol 3. Is there a way to figure out exactly what check it is failing? I tried changing my build.prop to look like a Nexus 5 but I still can't install it.

Problems with Fallout Shelter

Anyone else with this device is experiencing troubles with Fallout Shelter?
The game simple FC when I try to open it
I tried to disable xposed but unsuccessfully (I had this problems with square enix games on kitkat if I had xposed enabled)
