Stuck waiting for device in fastboot

Trying to follow the steps to boot into TWRP using this method:

I am able to boot into fastboot and my screen shows "Running Fastboot" but when I issue the command fastboot boot "<filename>" I just get < waiting for device > on my PC.

Any idea what is getting stuck? I factory reset the watch hoping that would solve the issue but no luck. ADB works fine.

Hello, i wanna unlock my bootloader but i f paste this CMD command: fastboot Devices it says: Waiting for Device. please i need help :( i use the method of the official soy Developer website.

Waiting call sound

Hi guys
is there anyone who knows how i change the sound when i put someone in a waiting call the time when i speak already to someone else?
My phone has a deafault sound from phone provider and i dont like it but i can' t find were can i changed.
