Removed OS, Cannot reinstall a new ROM.

First of all, let me explain the situation:
My phone is the Oneplus One, currently with no OS, the reason being - because i wanted to re-root my phone after the Oneplus updated (this update was a while ago) either way many problems occurred and i figured the easiest way to re-root my device is to simply wipe it, and try again on a clean slate.
I attempted to wipe my phone, but did it the complete wrong way. Instead of using the OS's wiping strategy, i may of used the recovery's one instead, doing so i clean swooped the OS right off my phone.
At the moment, the phone has no OS installed - nor is the phone rooted. The phone isn't capable of passing files over through usb debugging because the computer doesn't recognise it no more. (It did have usb debugging turn't on). Of course i need to reinstall an OS on the phone. The TWRP recovery is working fine. But i do not know how to do it. I looked up things such as mounting, didn't really understand the vague explanations given by the helpers of this forum (i am slow haha ). If someone is able to point me in the right direction in how to simply put an OS back into the phone some how i would be grateful.

I did read up on one post that suggested making a system.img placing the OS inside and flashing it over using fastboot mode. Which brings me to the question. Is it possible to use command to install an OS on my Oneplus whilst in fastboot mode?

How Do I Reinstall a System App???

So I accidentally uninstalled Google Play Store on my phone (AT&T Galaxy S4) via Lucky Patcher whilst trying to install he nodded Play Store. Then I reinstalled it by using an .apk of the Store. I want to know to reinstall the app so it is a system app from now on and doesn't glitch out like it is currently doing.

I've tried different firmware and update reappear after these two applications but only a few minutes because when I look back no longer are.

I tried resetting to factory and all the applications that I added but not deleted appear the two I lost.

I have searched pro internet and asked in many places but no one answers or no one knows why wonder where you have deep knowledge if someone could tell me where I can find these two applications or recover or if someone tells me how to extract a room or me You can send, I will be very grateful.

My other problem is that you buy the watch legally but internet and did not know it was necessary to have a Samsung mobile so that it can use, my phone is Huawei Ascend P6 (U06) so I had to find the way to install your Gera Manager to initiate Gear S, I got it and I could synchronize almost everything but heat or can I use the market to Samsung, or I can download apps from google market for Samsung so neither synchronizes my S Healt but the biggest problem is that I can not access download these two aplicacioens in case they were (I do not know but I think not because I think they are based, said stock?).

I even consulting Samsung but was told there was no other way to use the clock to install applications that access having a Samsung mobile and installed the clock via mobile ... step commented that they refer also to take Healt S records of mobile to the computer and told me that they could not done through synchronization with the application in the mobile ...

Need to reinstall phone

hey guys, Just trying to get my bearings on where to start. A friend game me a HTC Desire 510 that was not loading for him. Just sticking on the HTC loading screen.
He managed to "unlock" it. Not sure if it has root access.

In anycase it will not loal anymore, stuck on HTC load screen. I followed a few threads and tried to reset/restore things but now it looks like i need to just reinstall the OS.

Where I am lost is where/can i get the stock OS for this phone?

If not , do i need to get root access, load in a bootloader and then load in a custom ROM?

last time I did all this before was 2 years ago on a Samsung so I am a little rusty on the steps.

Reinstall OC3 AT&T S4

I followed the instructions and back to NB1 then flashed from zip on SD card to NJ1 then did update on phone and it is now at NJ5. But it will not give me the update to OC3 Lollipop. Have changed the date trying with still NO Luck. What is Wrong??? Is their not a file you can Odin OC3 onto phone???

How do I reinstall the stock music app?

I recently upgraded to lollipop and used the debloater to delete bloatware. I thought I'd edited it to save the music player but it turns out it's the Google player that I saved and the Samsung player is gone. How can I reinstall it? Also, what entry in the debloater is it?
